With over 21 years of teaching, he includes discipline and Technique in every class.
Sensei Nigel Teaches classes on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Sensei Sarah has trained along side Sensei Richard for 3 years. she uses fun games to teach crucial skills. She began her journey into instructing and never looked back. She is a gentle soul with a lot of wisdom.

Richard has trained with Mokuso Karate for 3 years along side Sensei Sarah and has spent his time learning his techniques and how to teach effectively. With his gentle giant approach to teaching he provides efficient training for students.
